What we supply<\/span><\/p>\n

Sun Gears are the focus; the mating components complete the system.<\/h2>\n

The Sun Gears programme is built for buyers who already have a drawing, an existing planetary gearbox to support, or a new gear stage that needs manufacturing review. Core products include spur and helical sun gears, ground and heat-treated sun gears, splined sun gears and integrated sun gear shafts.<\/p>\n

When the project requires more than the central gear, planet gears, internal ring gears, carriers and planet pins can be reviewed as companion components. That keeps the site focused on Sun Gears while still reflecting how planetary transmissions are actually assembled.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

How we work<\/span><\/p>\n

Drawing review before manufacturing assumptions.<\/h2>\n

Gear work becomes risky when a quotation is built from a photograph and outside diameter alone. Our RFQ process asks for the tooth system, interfaces, material\/heat treatment, quality requirement and mating context first. Where information is missing, the open item is identified instead of silently guessed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Manufacturing coordination<\/span><\/p>\n

Different Sun Gears need different process routes.<\/h2>\n

A small spur sun gear, a carburized ground helical sun gear and a long integrated gear shaft should not be pushed through one generic process. Depending on the drawing, production can involve turning, hobbing, shaping, spline machining, heat treatment, tooth grinding, journal grinding and final inspection.<\/p>\n

For repeat programs, the process can also include dedicated fixtures, gauges and agreed inspection records. The goal is a repeatable ordered configuration rather than a catalogue-style claim that every gear receives the same treatment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Quality communication<\/span><\/p>\n

Keep standards and acceptance criteria visible.<\/h2>\n

Customer drawings may use ISO, DIN, AGMA, JIS or internal specifications. We keep those requirements attached to the part instead of converting grades by assumption. If a substitution or alternative material is proposed, it should be approved before production.<\/p>\n

Working with new projects<\/span><\/p>\n

Prototype, replacement and recurring OEM orders are all quoted from the same technical foundation.<\/h2>\n

MOQ is flexible according to product type and order value. Suitable new-customer samples can be 1\u20135 pieces, while mixed-model orders can be considered when the combined value is around USD 1,500 or more. Very small quantities such as 1\u20132 pieces may also be possible with a higher unit cost because tooling, setup and inspection have to be absorbed by fewer parts.<\/p>\n

Standard parts are commonly planned around 10\u201325 working days, custom components around 20\u201345 working days, and project equipment around 45\u2013120 days. EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP are common commercial terms; FCA, CFR, CPT, CIP and DDP can be discussed case by case.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
