Send Your Gear or Rack RFQ
The most useful enquiry is not necessarily the longest one. A current drawing, quantity and the controlled requirements are enough to start. If the part belongs to a rack-driven axis, include the machine duty so the rack, pinion and interface can be reviewed in context.

What helps us quote without unnecessary back-and-forth
For drawing-based parts, attach PDF and, when useful, STEP or DWG. State the quantity, material, heat treatment, tooth data, inspection requirement and any target shipment date.
For a rack-and-pinion axis that is still being selected, add travel, moved mass, speed, acceleration, orientation and positioning target. If a gearbox or pinion has already been selected, include its output/interface data.
Unknown values can remain open. Mark them as “to be selected” rather than entering an assumed number that may later conflict with the machine design.
Ordering & Lead-Time Notes
MOQ is flexible by product type and order value. Suitable new-customer samples can be 1–5 pcs. Mixed-model orders are supported around USD 1,500+ combined; 1–2 pcs can be considered at a higher unit price.
Typical lead time is 10–25 working days for standard parts, 20–45 for custom components and 45–120 for project equipment. EXW, FOB, CIF and DAP are commonly available; FCA, CFR, CPT, CIP and DDP can be discussed case by case.
Information by enquiry type
You do not need every field for every product. Use the row that matches your project and add the details that are already controlled.
| Gear rack | Module/DP/CP, pressure angle, straight/helical tooth, length/section, holes, material, treatment, finish, quantity and drawing. |
|---|---|
| Rack-driven axis | Travel, load, speed, acceleration, orientation, accuracy/backlash target, pinion/gearbox interface and environment. |
| Pinion or pinion shaft | Mating rack data, tooth count, bore/shaft/flange geometry, keyway/spline, material/treatment and drawing. |
| Custom gear | Gear type, tooth count, module/DP, pressure/helix/shaft angle as applicable, bore/hub, material/treatment, mating gear and drawing. |
| Repeat order | Previous order reference if available, current drawing revision, quantity and any approved changes to inspection/packaging. |
A quotation should clarify the part, not hide open points
We first identify whether the enquiry is a catalogue-style component, a drawing-based custom part or an application-selection request. Technical questions are grouped around the controlled geometry, process and inspection scope. Commercial terms are then aligned with quantity, delivery requirement and destination.
If a drawing contains a conflict or a key value is missing, the quotation can proceed with the open item clearly marked for confirmation. Production should not rely on guessed tooth geometry, material, heat treatment or mating dimensions.
