Manufacturing route depends on gear type, material, heat treatment and required tooth quality. Blank and datum machining, tooth cutting, heat treatment, finishing, bore/shaft features and final inspection should be planned as one sequence so later operations do not compromise the controlled geometry.

材料替换、热处理工艺变更和公差放宽均应在生产前获得批准。对于重复订单，已批准的图纸修订和任何约定的检验范围均应随订单一起保留。
