Drawing-to-Part Gear & Rack Manufacturing
EVER POWER coordinates the manufacturing route around the drawing: material, tooth generation, heat treatment, finishing, secondary machining and inspection. The exact process is selected for the part rather than presented as one fixed recipe.
Process choice follows the requirement.
A general-purpose rack may be milled and normalized or induction hardened. A positioning rack may need ground tooth flanks and tighter control of pitch, parallelism and straightness. Custom gears may add turning, hobbing, shaping, keyways, bores or external grinding depending on the geometry.

Module or pitch, tooth form, material, heat treatment, length, quantity and a drawing are the fastest way to get a useful quotation.
Đặt hàng: Số lượng đặt hàng tối thiểu (MOQ) linh hoạt tùy thuộc vào loại sản phẩm và giá trị đơn hàng. Mẫu dành cho khách hàng mới phù hợp có thể là 1-5 chiếc; đơn hàng nhiều mẫu sản phẩm có tổng giá trị khoảng 1.500 USD trở lên được hỗ trợ, trong khi đơn hàng 1-2 chiếc có thể được xem xét với giá đơn vị cao hơn.
Timing & terms: Thời gian giao hàng các linh kiện tiêu chuẩn thường là 10-25 ngày làm việc, linh kiện đặt làm riêng là 20-45 ngày, và thiết bị dự án là 45-120 ngày. Các điều khoản EXW, FOB, CIF và DAP thường được áp dụng; FCA, CFR, CPT, CIP và DDP có thể được thảo luận tùy từng trường hợp.
